We are seeking a proactive and energetic Sales Executive - Field Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on industrial area research, onsite lead generation, client visits, and software demonstrations. This role requires fieldwork, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle software like Tally, Biz Analyst, and Cred Flow efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Industrial Area Research:
a) Research and map industrial areas to identify potential business opportunities.
b) Analyze market trends and competition to identify high-potential leads.
2) Lead Generation and Conversion (Onsite):
a) Visit potential clients in industrial areas to generate and qualify leads.
b) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to convert leads into sales.
3) Industrial Visits:
a) Conduct regular visits to industrial clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions.
4) Product Demonstrations:
a) Provide online and onsite demonstrations of products like Tally, Biz Analyst, and Cred Flow.
b) Effectively communicate the benefits and features of the software to clients.
5) Self-Development:
a) Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product updates.
b) Continuously improve product knowledge to deliver high-quality demonstrations.
6) Software Handling:
a) Use software tools (Tally, Biz Analyst, and Cred Flow) to showcase value during client interactions and support sales processes.
7) Requirements:
8) Education: Minimum graduate in any discipline.
9) Experience: Field sales experience is preferred.
10) Skills:
a) Strong communication and negotiation skills.
b) Self-motivated and results-driven.
c) Familiarity with Tally or similar software is an advantage (training can be provided).
11) Other Requirements:
a) Willingness to travel extensively for client visits.
b) Proficiency in planning and executing field visits effectively.

1) Industrial Research & Lead Generation
a) Number of industrial areas researched and documented monthly.
b) Number of new leads identified during industrial research.
c) Conversion rate of onsite leads to qualified sales opportunities.
2) Sales Performance
a) Number of sales achieved per month/quarter.
b) Percentage of demos that lead to successful sales conversions.
c) Value of revenue generated from industrial clients.
3) Client Engagement & Relationship Building
a) Number of industrial visits conducted monthly.
b) Client satisfaction ratings from onsite and online interactions.
c) Retention rate of existing industrial clients.
4) Demo Efficiency
a) Number of product demonstrations completed (online and onsite).
b) Time spent on average for each demo and its success rate.
5) Software Utilization
a) Proficiency in using Tally, Biz Analyst, and Cred Flow during demos and client interactions.
b) Number of issues resolved for clients using the software.
6) Self-Development
a) Participation in training sessions or workshops.
b) Updates shared about industry trends and competitor products.
