Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and driving sales for HVAC systems, solutions, and services. The Sales Executive will work closely with our technical team to provide tailored solutions that meet the needs of residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Generation & Business Development:
• Actively prospect and generate leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Identify new business opportunities in both residential and commercial HVAC markets.
• Conduct outbound calls, meetings, and presentations to potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
• Customer Consultation & Solution Selling:
• Provide consultations to clients regarding HVAC system design, energy efficiency, and product selection.
• Perform site visits to assess customer requirements and provide accurate estimates.
• Offer personalized HVAC solutions, including equipment sales, installation, and after-sales services.
• Educate clients on the benefits of our products and services, emphasizing energy savings and environmental sustainability.
• Collaboration with Technical & Support Teams:
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of HVAC systems.
• Address customer concerns or issues related to product quality, installation, and post-sale service.
• Customer Service & Retention:
• Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, ensuring satisfaction with HVAC systems and services.
• Assist customers with maintenance plans, repairs, and upgrades.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional HVAC services.
• Product Knowledge & Training:
• Stay updated on the latest HVAC industry trends, products, and technologies.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and attend relevant training sessions to enhance sales skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales or a related field (minimum 2 to 5 years] years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
