• Actively manage and engage in the sales lifecycle for residential and commercial real estate projects.

• Conduct site visits and provide a compelling presentation of project features and benefits.
• Collaborate with marketing and other teams to enhance lead generation and conversion.
• Maintain an updated database of leads, follow-ups, and sales reports.
• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide post-sales support, ensuring excellent client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
• Experience : 1+ years in real estate sales preferred.
• Education : Graduate in any field.
• Skills :
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Client-focused with a solution-oriented approach.
• Preference : Female candidates with a background in real estate sales.
