We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Female Sales Executive to join our US Logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals, ensuring business development, and fostering customer satisfaction. You will be a key player in driving revenue and enhancing our company's growth by developing strong relationships with international clients.
This role requires a driven individual with strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and the flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Generate leads, attract new prospects, and build a strong sales pipeline in the logistics industry.
• Develop and nurture relationships with international clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their logistics needs.
• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end order cycle to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding services, updates, and any concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets by delivering high-quality service and consistently improving performance.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring all questions are addressed promptly.
• Work closely with the manager to meet business goals and manage daily tasks efficiently.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an international sales or logistics role (preferred).
• Fluent in English (US accent) , with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, develop sales strategies, and meet sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build lasting relationships with clients.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to make quick, independent decisions.
• Patience and composure when handling customer queries or challenging situations.
• Willingness to work in USA shift hours and a blended process (calls + emails).
• Knowledge of logistics and the ability to communicate clearly about services and offerings.
• Ability to adapt quickly, stay organized, and maintain a high level of productivity under pressure.
