Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for watches, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong sales acumen. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the perfect watch.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing them with information about our watch collections and addressing their needs.
• Sales Execution: Demonstrate and promote various watch brands, highlighting features and benefits to drive sales and meet individual and store sales targets.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, including the latest trends and new arrivals in the watch industry.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional after-sales service, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Inventory Management: Assist with stock management, including receiving new inventory, conducting regular stock checks, and ensuring the shop is well-presented.
• Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Promotional Activities: Support marketing initiatives and participate in store events or promotions to boost sales and brand visibility.
