• 6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• 7. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• 8. Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve favourable terms while maximizing profitability.
• 9. Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
• 10. Understand clients' needs and tailor elevator solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• 11. Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
• 12. Provide feedback to the marketing team to enhance product positioning and promotional strategies.
• 13. Provide expert advice on product selection, customization, and installation processes.
• 14. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
• 15. Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management review.
