This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who enjoys challenges and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is zealous, initiative-taking, quick-learner, street smart, and organised. You'll play a vital role in the success of our consultancy.
• Manage the smooth day-to-day operations of the office in my absence. This includes ensuring a professional environment.
• Manage student enquiries through phone calls, emails, and social media.
• Schedule appointments for consultations with a counsellor.
• Maintain student databases.
• Manage client accounts and invoicing.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Convert qualified leads generated through marketing or other channels into enrolled students for the coaching/student visa services.
• Present the consultancy services and their benefits, addressing student concerns and building a strong case for choosing our consultancy.
• Close consultations by securing admissions for the consultancy services.
• Negotiate fees and service packages with students and you would be given the liberty to offer incentives or flexible options to close admission) (incentives to be discussed with counsellor beforehand.)
• Maintain a strong understanding of competitor offerings and highlight the unique value proposition of our consultancy.
• Track and report on admissions conversion rates and meet defined sales targets for student enrollments.
Please Note: Incentives will be offered for every admission closed by them.
