Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Sales:
• Proactively reach out to leads and prospective clients via phone, email, or live chat.
• Qualify leads, identify needs, and match them with appropriate products/services.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Product Knowledge:
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products or services.
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients to drive sales.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:
• Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients.
• Prepare and send sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
• Negotiate terms and prices with clients to close deals.
• Sales Reporting & Data Management:
• Track sales activities and manage customer databases using CRM software.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, updates, and reports to the management team.
• Ensure all client communications and interactions are documented accurately.
• Collaboration & Teamwork:
• Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns and promotions.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and post-sale support.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Achieving Targets:
• Meet or exceed individual sales quotas and KPIs.
• Contribute to overall team sales goals and revenue targets.
