Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the exhibition industry. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on lead generation and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

• Identify and research potential clients within the exhibition industry.
• Utilize various channels such as online research, social media, industry events, and networking to generate high-quality leads.
• Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients.

Client Outreach:

• Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement.
• Present the company's exhibition solutions and services to prospective clients.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.

Sales Process Management:

• Qualify leads and convert them into viable sales opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals successfully.

Relationship Building:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Follow up regularly with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Sales Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including lead generation, client interactions, and sales progress.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status to the Sales Manager.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market Intelligence:

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance offerings and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of experience in a sales role within the exhibition or a related industry.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
