JOB OPENING: Sales Executive

Qualification : Bachelor's/Master's
Experience : 1-2 years
Location : Indore
Work Mode : Work From Office

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Lead Generation : You'll be responsible for generating and nurturing leads for the organization through various marketing channels such as cold calling , email marketing , social media , and others.
• Lead Classification : Identify and classify leads based on their need , budget , and decision-making capabilities .
• Pipeline Management : Establish and maintain a healthy lead pipeline to meet sales targets.
• Process Improvement : Brainstorm and implement new strategies to improve lead generation and sales processes to achieve monthly/quarterly goals.
• Industry Monitoring : Stay up-to-date with industry developments to enhance your approaches and offer greater value to prospects.
• Collaboration : Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings or calls with potential clients.

Key Skills :

• Fluency in both written and spoken English .
• Strong telephone skills , attentive listening .
• Self-motivated with a strong performance-driven attitude.
• Willingness to take on intellectual challenges and learn new concepts.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment .

Desirable Experience :

• Experience in ERP sales or sales of any software product is an added advantage.
