Position Summary: The Academic Sales Consultant is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for driving sales and fostering relationships within the educational sector. This role focuses on promoting and selling Astronomy products, services, and solutions to schools, universities, and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educators, administrators, and decision-makers within educational institutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their educational needs and challenges.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education sector.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Present and demonstrate educational products and solutions, highlighting their benefits and aligning them with client needs.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's educational products, services, and solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to showcase the value and effectiveness of the offerings.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of clients.
• Negotiate terms and close sales contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and client requirements.
• Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring successful implementation and satisfaction.
• Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales goals.
• Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management, providing insights into sales performance and market opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the education sector or with educational products.
• Strong understanding of the educational landscape and the challenges faced by educational institutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000 per month

NOTE: The candidate will be on a training period of 1 month and will be paid Rs. 5000/- per month, until he/she successfully completes the training and qualifies in the test. The final employment will be decided after successful passing of the test .
