Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Executive (Education Counselor) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, leadership qualities, and a passion for helping others achieve their career goals in the fitness industry. This is an office-based position involving inbound inquiry calls, customer counseling, and driving admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about our courses.
• Counsel prospective students and answer their queries effectively.
• Convince potential students to enroll in our certification programs.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and processes.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
• Strong leadership qualities with the potential to lead a team in the future.
• Passion for sales and entrepreneurship.
• Love for numbers and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
