We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive cum Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for achieving sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for both generating leads through telecalling and managing the entire sales process from initial inquiry to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule meetings.
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and maintain follow-up schedules.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer the best real estate solutions.
Provide detailed information about our products and services, explaining features and benefits to potential customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and update the customer database and sales records.
Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on campaigns and promotional activities.
Prepare regular reports on telecalling and sales activities and outcomes.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Sales Executive, or in a similar sales role, preferably in the real estate sector.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive tone.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
