We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Rajvi Extrusion Pvt Ltd, a leading manufacturer of high-quality doors. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in generating new business, building client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position involves selling a variety of door products to contractors, distributors, and retail customers, with a focus on increasing sales volume and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation and Prospecting
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and follow-up on leads.
• Build and maintain a database of potential clients in both residential and commercial sectors.
• Sales Presentations and Product Demonstration
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting product features, customization options, and quality benefits.
• Provide clients with product information and respond to inquiries, addressing customer needs effectively.
• Relationship Management
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, contractors, distributors, and retailers to encourage repeat business.
• Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on new products, promotions, and any necessary after-sales support.
• Market and Competitor Analysis
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and pricing to tailor sales strategies effectively.
• Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams on customer preferences, market demands, and competitive insights.
• Sales Planning and Target Achievement
• Prepare and implement sales plans to achieve individual and team sales targets and goals.
• Track and report on sales metrics, including customer visits, closed deals, and ongoing sales pipeline progress.
• Negotiation and Closing Deals
• Handle negotiations regarding pricing, contract terms, and delivery timelines to close deals successfully.
• Ensure that contracts are compliant with company policies and client requirements.
• Customer Service and Support
• Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of door products.
• Address any customer issues or complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: 3 years of sales experience, in Door manufacturing sector.
• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with door types, materials, and manufacturing processes is an asset.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients and deliver effective presentations.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
• Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiation, with a proven ability to close sales.
• Self-Motivated: Results-driven, organized, and capable of working independently to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or similar).
Salary: 25k to 30k
Timing: 9 AM to 7 PM
