Alfa Mind Care is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote our mental care consultation services to doctors and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with medical practitioners, hospitals, and clinics, driving awareness and referrals for our mental wellness programs.

- Identify and approach doctors, clinics, and hospitals for potential collaboration.

- Promote Alfa Mind Care's mental wellness programs to healthcare professionals.

- Educate doctors about our counseling services and how they can benefit their patients.

- Build and maintain relationships with medical practitioners to generate referrals.

- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into clients.

- Maintain detailed records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.

- Stay updated on mental health trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.

### Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Psychology, or a related field.

- Prior experience in healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, or doctor consulting is preferred.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

- Knowledge of mental health services and counseling is an advantage.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
