Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Call Prospector to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to promptly contact leads within

1 minute

of their appearance in the CRM. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, a strong sense of urgency, and an ability to build rapport with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

Immediate Lead Follow-Up

: Call leads within

1 minute

of their arrival in the CRM system to ensure maximum conversion potential.

Client Engagement

: Establish a positive connection with prospects, understand their needs, and provide appropriate information about our services/products.

Data Management

: Update CRM records accurately after every call, including lead status and any relevant notes.

Target Achievement

: Meet daily/weekly call quotas and conversion targets as set by the management team.

Feedback Loop

: Provide insights on lead quality and recurring trends to improve the prospecting process.

Requirements

Language Skills

: Fluency in both

English

and

Hindi

is mandatory.

Speed & Responsiveness

: Ability to act quickly and call leads within the

1-minute timeframe

consistently.

Communication Skills

: Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities to engage and convert leads effectively.

Time Management

: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and ensure timely follow-ups.

CRM Proficiency

: Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to update records accurately.

Previous Experience

: Prior experience in tele-calling, sales, or lead prospecting is preferred but not mandatory.
