Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Tele Calling Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for answering inquiries, providing information about our services, and generating sales leads.

Key Responsibilities

? Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding international shipping services.

? Sales Generate: Identify potential sales opportunities, generate leads, and generate the sales team by scheduling appointments and following up on prospects.

? Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our logistics services, pricing, and policies to effectively communicate with customers and prospects.

? Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

? Data Management: Accurately record and update customer information, interactions, and transactions in the company's CRM system.

? Feedback and Improvement: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the management team to improve service offerings and customer experience.

? Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align efforts and achieve company goals.
