As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and relationship-building with clients. The ideal candidate should be a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling and effective negotiation.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and other lead generation activities.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
• Market Research: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the sales manager.
• Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Graduation/Post Graduation in Marketing.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in Garment Industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
