Responsibilities:
1) Handle challenging customer situations with patience, professionalism, and a problem-solving attitude.
2) Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs related to calls, conversions, and revenue generation.
3) Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our products and services, and generating interest.
4) Maintain a database of leads, accurately updating CRM systems with customer information and sales activities.
5) Handle objections and answer inquiries about products/services, providing effective solutions.
Requirements:
Candidates must have to bring their own laptop.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Freshers with excellent communication skills.
Knowledge and understanding of the UPSC preparation process and ecosystem.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
Prior experience in the education or EdTech industry is an added advantage.
