Qualifications -
• Graduation is mandatory.
• 1-3 years of experience required in Sales
• •Candidate should be from real estate industry •
• Good communication skills and Pitching Skills.
• Ability to make and keep relationships in the market.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate a high conversion rate on leads given.
Roles and Responsibilities -
• Acts as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
• Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
• Interview clients to determine what kind of property they are seeking.
• Advice clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
• Create and distribute promotional material.
• Answer phone calls and mails.
• Address all client inquiries.
• Arranging inspections.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
