Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Promotion:
• Promote and sell the hospital's eye care services, including consultations, surgeries, and treatments.
• Actively seek new clients and opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients and patients.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Provide detailed information to prospective patients about the hospital's services and treatment options.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Lead Generation:
• Identify potential leads through various sources, including referrals, online platforms, and marketing efforts.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into appointments or services.
• Sales Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and interactions with clients.
• Provide regular sales reports to the sales manager.
• Track personal sales performance against targets and strive to achieve or exceed them.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional efforts.
• Collaborate with other departments within the hospital to ensure smooth patient transitions from sales to services.
• Market Research:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position the hospital's services.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or hospital industry.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive and target-driven approach to sales.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
