• Promote SCL Logistics' full range of services, including freight forwarding, transport logistics, and warehousing.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.
• Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and client requirements.
• Provide feedback and insights to management for strategic planning and service improvement.
• Work closely with operations, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
