Roles and Responsibilities
? Take Calls Professionally: Be the first point of contact for incoming calls, providing clients with detailed information about our services and packages.
? Sell Packages: Use your persuasive skills to promote and close deals on our laser tag and event packages , ensuring customers find the perfect option for their needs.
? Coordinate Bookings: Manage client bookings efficiently and ensure all details are captured accurately.
? Maintain Data Records: Keep organized records of customer interactions, sales, and bookings for smooth operations.
? Support Team Operations: Collaborate with the team to enhance client satisfaction and overall efficiency.
Pre Requisites
• Bachelor's degree.
• 06-1 year of experience in a customer support role with a track record of providing exceptional service and resolving customer issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in handling inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Ability to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude with a keen ability to understand and articulate services to customers.
• Excellent communication skills.
