Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (Experience in Real estate industry would be an advantage)

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. Master's is a plus.

Job Location: Punjabi Bagh West, West Delhi

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To be able to work on re-sale (lease/rent) as well as off-plan properties.
2. Maintain and update listings of available properties.
3. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
4. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
5. Maintain up to date knowledge of property laws & policies.

4. Proficiency in English is must.
5. Negotiation & convincing skills.
6. Strong communication skills - including both verbal & written.
7. Relationship-building

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
