• Sales & Revenue Generation:
• Identify potential cafes as clients and approach them to introduce the product line.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within the designated territory.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cafe owners, managers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide regular follow-ups to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Address client queries and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the cafe industry.
• Analyze competitors' activities and devise strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
• Product Promotion & Awareness:
• Organize and participate in product demonstrations or tastings at cafes.
• Educate cafe staff about product benefits and usage to ensure proper representation.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional activities.
• Operational Duties:
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and orders.
• Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely product delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Familiarity with cafe operations and trends is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
