Job Description



• Identify, target, and engage new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and providing tailored logistics solutions.
• Negotiate freight rates with clients, carriers, and agents, ensuring competitive pricing that meets client needs while protecting company margins.
• Keep abreast of changes in customs laws and tariffs that could impact pricing and client service.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and pricing standards in the logistics industry.

Key Requirements

• Experience : 3-4 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of customs processes, import/export regulations, and shipping documentation.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written English skills to effectively communicate with clients and prepare clear proposals.
• Analytical Skills : Ability to evaluate pricing structures, interpret market trends, and analyze client needs.
• Goal-Oriented : Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
