Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with potential and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, an excellent understanding of customer needs, and the ability to close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, tailoring the pitch to their specific needs.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to improve the sales process and customer experience.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales.
• Education: Minimum 12th Passed
• Skills:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Personal Attributes:
• Self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
