Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in Core Institutional Sales. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and delivering impactful presentations. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with institutional clients and showcasing our products/services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the institutional market.
• Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in target institutions.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs and identify opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote our offerings and generate leads.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Core Institutional Sales.
• Strong presentation skills with a proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
