We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to expand our market presence and drive sales in the nutraceutical and pharmaceutical sectors. Key Responsibilities :
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on both domestic and international markets.
• Sales Strategy Development : Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Market Research : Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the nutraceutical and pharmaceutical industries.
• B2B Sales : Focus on B2B sales, identifying and establishing relationships with international distributors, wholesalers, and buyers to promote and sell our products.
• Negotiation & Deal Closing : Lead negotiations, draft contracts, and close sales deals with clients, ensuring maximum profitability.
• Reporting & Forecasting : Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to provide actionable insights to management.
• International Growth : Expand export markets, targeting new regions and clients, and ensuring continued growth in global markets.
• Travel : Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, market research, and attending industry events.
• Coordinate and represent the company at industry exhibitions , trade shows, and events to generate new leads and promote our products.
• Craft presentations and create sales decks tailored to specific events , exhibitions, and client meetings to showcase the company's offerings.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
• Number of new clients acquired.
• Revenue generated from new and existing clients.
• Client retention and satisfaction scores.
• Achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications :
• Experience :
• 2+ years of sales experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience in B2B Sales and business development.
• Prior experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and negotiating high-value contracts.
• Skills :
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Preferred :
• Business development experience: 1 year.
• Lead generation: 1 year.
• Sales experience: 1 year.
• Total work experience: 1 year.

Base Salary : ?4,50,000 to ?6,00,000 per annum.
Sales-based commission : Percentage of total sales (could result in an additional ?1,00,000 - ?5,00,000 monthly depending on performance)
