Job Title: Sales Executive - IT Services & Computer Hardware

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with experience in IT services and computer hardware. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, pitching our IT solutions, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Lead Generation: Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on IT services and computer hardware. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events to identify new business opportunities.
Client Engagement: Identify and connect with potential clients, understanding their business needs and presenting customized solutions from our portfolio of IT services and hardware products.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services, including IT support services, cloud solutions, data management, servers, laptops, desktops, and other computer hardware.
Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our offerings and tailoring the pitch to client-specific needs.
Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations to facilitate repeat business and referrals.
Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements to secure sales. Ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client by collaborating closely with technical teams for implementation and delivery.
Sales Reporting & CRM: Keep accurate records of all sales activities, opportunities, customer interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance, including forecasting, targets, and pipeline development.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to stay updated on competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Use this information to refine sales strategies and capitalize on market opportunities.
Customer Support & After-Sales Service: Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure client satisfaction post-sale, resolving any issues and providing ongoing support for hardware and IT services.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by consistently closing new deals and expanding the client base.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in IT services and/or computer hardware sales.
• Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and related services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Preferred: Experience selling to enterprise-level clients and knowledge of cloud computing solutions is a plus.
