As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of our high-quality awning products to both residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities:
• Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Identify and research potential B2B and B2C clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities for sales.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build strong relationships with both B2B and B2C clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and pain points.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering personalized solutions and addressing any concerns or objections they may have.
• Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
• Present our products/services to prospective clients, showcasing their features, benefits, and value proposition.
• Conduct product demonstrations or trials as needed to illustrate the functionality and benefits of our offerings.
• Negotiation and Closing:
• Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements that meet their needs while maximizing company revenue.
• Close sales deals in a timely manner, ensuring all necessary documentation and contracts are completed accurately.
• Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target both B2B and B2C markets effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to identify new opportunities, market trends, and areas for growth.
• Sales Reporting and Analysis:
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, sales pipeline, and revenue targets.
• Provide regular reports to management on sales activities, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of success in both B2B and B2C environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on exceeding targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM software for managing leads and tracking sales activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in the industry relevant to the company's products/services is a plus.
