Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Quantum Computing Course Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our quantum computing courses, engaging with potential customers, and fostering relationships with academic institutions and corporate partners. This role requires a strong understanding of quantum computing concepts and excellent sales and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential customers for quantum computing courses, including individuals, academic institutions, and corporate clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Customer Engagement:
- Engage with prospective customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.
- Provide detailed information about our quantum computing courses, including curriculum, benefits, and pricing.
- Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their learning needs.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Collaborate with academic institutions and corporate partners to promote our courses and secure bulk enrollments.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to network and generate leads.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on sales performance, including leads, conversions, and revenue generated.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team to optimize sales campaigns and promotional materials.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. A background in quantum computing is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts and the ability to articulate their value to potential customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
