Overview:

Vision Flying Training Institute is a leading institution dedicated to providing exceptional flying training and education. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in student acquisition and enrollment by effectively counseling prospective students, following up on leads, coordinating with the sales team, and contributing to the overall growth of our institute.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Counseling:

- Engage with prospective students to understand their career goals and aspirations.

- Provide detailed information about our flying training programs, courses, and facilities.

- Advise students on suitable training options based on their requirements and interests.

2. Sales Activities:

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in our programs.

- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels (website inquiries, social media, referrals, etc.).

- Conduct presentations and virtual tours to showcase our institute's offerings.

3 . Coordination and Collaboration:

- Work closely with the sales team to achieve enrollment targets and objectives.

- Coordinate with the admissions team to facilitate the enrollment process for admitted students.

- Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and initiatives aimed at student acquisition.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

- Maintain a database of prospective students and ensure timely and accurate documentation of interactions.

- Build strong relationships with students to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates.

- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in education or related industries.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and deadlines.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is a plus.
