Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales and maintaining client relationships within the car rental sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential customers.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
Promote car rental services through various channels, including social media, events, and networking.
Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Develop and deliver presentations to potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to improve client satisfaction.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the car rental or automotive industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
