We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as the Business Development Head. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and executing the company's growth strategy, leading a team of business development professionals, and driving revenue generation through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Identifies and cultivates new business opportunities.
• Evaluates and enhances existing partnerships and sales strategies.
• Manages key client relationships and seeks to create new ones.
• Expands company and brand visibility and influence.
• Leads sales, marketing, customer service, and client relationship teams.
• Develops internal and external relationships for increased lead generation and market share.
• Builds cross-functional teams for sustainable long-term growth.
• Monitors emerging markets and trends.
• Promotes an entrepreneurial growth culture across the company.
• Recommends new services and develops strategic partnerships.
• Contributes to shaping long-term company objectives.
• Researches and targets new markets.
• Advises on product development and distribution strategies.
• Identifies sponsorship and nonprofit engagement opportunities.
• Cultivates relationships with vendors.
• Conducts webinars and presentations to enhance brand/product visibility.
• Selects vendors and negotiates contracts.
• Travels to vendor locations and distribution centers.
• Responds to requests for proposals (RFPs) from potential partners and customers.
• Guides the development of customer-facing web platforms and digital experiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Technology, etc.).
• Proven experience in business development or sales within the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of technology products and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Results-driven and self-motivated.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
