Darkins is looking for Inbound sales executive who will be responsible for expansion of sales in offline retail & institutions
Perks & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: Rs. 3,00,000 to 4,00,000 LPA
- Variable Salary: Above industry standards
Job Purpose & Responsibilities:
- Sales Frontline: Work in Retail / HORECA / Gifting.
- Client Engagement: Keep in touch with existing and new customers.
- Seal the Deal: Finalize sales, prices, contracts, and payments.
- Execution: Develop and execute sales policies and promotion schemes.
- Customer Service: Advise on delivery schedules and after-sales service.
- Reporting: Maintain and share periodic sales and revenue reports.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in offline sales of FMCG refrigerated products.
- Skills: Retail distribution management & number crunching using CRM tools
- Independence: Manage and improve distribution in assigned areas.
- Flexibility: Willing to take on multiple roles as needed.
Location: Darkins Chocolate, Okhla Phase 1, Delhi
Type: Full-time
Probation: 3 months
