Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson (Cold-Calling and Field). The Salesperson will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, generating new leads, negotiating and finalizing deals, achieving sales targets, and managing the end-to-end sales process. The Salesperson will also be required to identify market trends and provide feedback to the management team.

Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
• Ability to meet ambitious targets, work independently, and thrive in a team-oriented environment
• Strong analytical skills and ability to utilize Salesforce or other CRM software
• Experience in the office and industry supplies/consumables industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Diploma in Engineering)

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include experience with digital marketing, proficiency in Hindi or other local languages, and the ability to travel frequently.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
