Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Executive at HJ Real Estates in West Delhi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing sales leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, staying updated on real estate market trends, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven sales experience in the real estate industry
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work well in a team environment
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
