Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Delhi
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving our business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and provide insights to management.
• Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve products and services.
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
