Sales Executive
Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Executive for our residential project in Deoghar, Jharkhand. The role
requires basic sales responsibilities such as generating leads, conducting site visits,
explaining project details to clients, and assisting in closing sales deals. The candidate will
also be responsible for following up on payments as per the schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through phone calls, local networking, and referrals.
• Conduct site visits with clients and provide basic property details.
• Present project features clearly and answer client queries.
• Assist the team in closing sales deals by coordinating with clients and management.
• Follow up with clients for payment collection as per the schedule.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
