Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective clients to establish new business relationships.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their transportation and logistics requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service delivery and resolve any customer issues.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
