JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for managing inbound & outbound calling process Call, nurture and convert leads enquiring about used cars Understand and record customer preferences for buying a used and match them with the appropriate dealers Maintain the lead funnel, categorise and follow-up via phone calls, whatsApp and email Understand how to use CRM software and maintain track Used cars selling experience is a must QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Graduate from Tier - 1 college or someone with +1 year of experience in used cars would be preferred Understand and speak - English, Tamil and Hindi Good communication skills and dispositions Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise in a start-up environment Self motivated and confident approach Assertive and hard working Attention to detail Flexible on timings
