Job Title: Sales Executive - Term Insurance Location: Work from Home Experience Level: Freshers Salary: 10,000 INR per month + 5% Incentive on every sale Working Timing - 10:30 am to 5:30 Pm Working Days - tuesday to sat : Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as Sales Executives for selling term insurance policies. As a Sales Executive, you will be provided with client data and calling software to reach potential customers. Successful completion of a 15-day training program (2 days classroom training + 13 days floor training) with a minimum sale target of 40,000 INR is a prerequisite to continue working with us. This is a work-from-home position open to candidates with a minimum qualification of 12th pass. Key Responsibilities: 1. Contact potential clients provided by the company and effectively sell term insurance policies. 2. Attend and actively participate in the 15-day training program, which includes classroom and floor training. Successfully achieve the minimum sales target during this period. 3. Build rapport with clients, understand their insurance needs, and provide them with suitable policy options. 4. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by consistently delivering exceptional sales performance. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities. Qualifications: - Minimum qualification of 12th pass.
- Fluent in Hindi, English, or any other regional language.
- Possess an Android smartphone.
- Confidence, strong communication skills, and a persuasive attitude. Note:
- Only candidates who successfully complete the 15-day training program with a minimum sale of 40,000 INR will be eligible to continue working with the company.
