Apollo Home CareWe are Hiring Patient Relationship Executive.Locations: Delhi ,Noida, GurgaonQualification: Graduation/ PGExperience: 1-3 years of relevant experience, Sales Marketing, Hospital or Home Care.Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating leads for Apollo Homecare services
- Responsible for patient intake and enrollment in home care services
- Handle customer /patient queries for services in progress
- Must maintain cordial relationships with patients/family members
- Coordination with nursing function and operations
- Participate in BTL activities wherever required
- Excellent Communication Skills - English, Hindi, and Local Language (State Lang)
- Good Knowledge in Ms Excel, word etc..
- Health insurance
