Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Sales Execution: Utilize strong selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain visually appealing product displays and store layouts to enhance the shopping experience.
• Daily Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate daily sales reports to track performance and trends.
• Stock Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring products are well-stocked and organized.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
• Experience in visual merchandising and maintaining attractive store displays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in retail or a related field is a plus.
