We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our software solutions to potential clients. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential clients through various channels (networking, cold calling, email outreach, etc.).
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Conduct research to understand clients' business needs and challenges.
• Present, promote, and sell IT services and solutions to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT sector.
• Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
• Goal-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and channels is a plus.
