Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sales and Revenue Generation:
• Identify and approach potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
• Promote and sell company products or services to new and existing customers.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Analyze competitors' products, pricing, and strategies to stay ahead.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the marketing and product teams.
• Sales Planning and Strategy:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Team Collaboration:
• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
• Work closely with the operations and support teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services.
