• Understand customer needs and match them with appropriate vehicle offerings.
• Provide tailored advice to customers based on their preferences, budget, and lifestyle.
• Present vehicle features and benefits, demonstrate vehicles, and facilitate test drives.
• Handle inquiries and provide product details, including pricing, financing, and trade-in options.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automobile models, features, and industry trends.
• Continuously improve product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
