Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for nutrition and food technology? We are seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Executive to drive the growth of our Micronutrient Premix products targeted at Fortified Rice Kernel (FRK) Manufacturers .
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development:
• Identify and engage potential FRK manufacturers and food processing companies.
• Expand the customer base by developing new business opportunities in the micronutrient premix market.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their product offerings.
• Sales Strategy Execution:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers and technical teams.
• Technical Expertise:
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of micronutrient premixes and their applications in FRK manufacturing.
• Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to address client queries and provide technical support.
• Market Intelligence:
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes related to food fortification.
• Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to drive product innovation and competitiveness.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management review.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Biochemistry, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of B2B sales experience in the food ingredients, nutraceuticals, or related industries.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of micronutrient premixes and FRK manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build rapport with technical teams and C-level executives.
• Other Requirements:
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
