Job Description
• Greeting customers as they enter the store and assisting them in finding the products they need.
• Providing knowledgeable assistance about product features, benefits, and usage.
• Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service and effective problem resolution.
• Monitoring inventory levels and assisting in inventory management tasks such as receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
